Lion Air is taking delivery of PK-LQQ (c/n 43001, l/n 7118) this afternoon. This 737 MAX 8 is making its delivery flight from BFI as LNI1, and will make a brief fuel stop at HNL. PK-LQQ is the 30th 737 delivery for this month.

Happy 50th Birthday 747!

Fifty years ago today, Boeing Commercial Airplanes rolled out the first 747-100 at Boeing's Everett, WA assembly plant, in front of its employees, airline representatives, dignitaries, and the media.

China Southern Airlines' B-1125

China Southern Airlines is taking delivery of a third 737 today. B-1125 (c/n 63233, l/n 7106) is making its delivery flight from BFI this evening as CSN1125, and will make an overnight stop at HNL. This is their fifth 737 delivery in as many days, and the eighth this month. B-1125 is also the 100th 737-800 delivered through Hawai‘i.

Hainan Airlines' B-206G

Hainan Airlines is taking delivery of B-206G (c/n 64020, l/n 7162) today. This 737-84P is making its delivery flight from BFI as CHH206, and will make an overnight stop at HNL.

China Southern Airlines' B-1166

China Southern Airlines' second 737 MAX 8 delivery in as many days, is B-1166 (c/n 62876, l/n 7098). It's making its delivery flight from BFI as CSN1166, and will make an overnight stop at HNL. This also the airline's second 737 delivery flight today.

China Southern Airlines' B-1153

China Southern Airlines is taking delivery of B-1153 (c/n 63270, l/n 7174) today. This 737-81B, their  third 737 within four days, is making its delivery flight from BFI as CSN1153, and will make an overnight stop at HNL.

Air New Zealand's ZK-OKT

Air New Zealand's leased 777-35EER, ZK-OKT (c/n 32644, l/n 863), has begun flying the airline's AKL-HNL-AKL service [ANZ10/9] today. This 777 is leased from EVA Airways, and is flying in the lessor's full livery. It was delivered to EVA Air in December 2010 as B-16717.
