Inter-island carriers go! and Mokulele Airlines will merge effective Thursday, and go!'s owner Mesa Air Group will assume 75% ownership with the other 25% going to Mokulele shareholders, and the go! CRJ200s will be the main jets, as the E170s will be returning to Republic Airways' base in IND.

ReplyDeleteNot pleased at all with this. Used to fly Mokulele...guess I have no choice now but to fly Hawaiian. What a disgrace getting rid of the ERJ-170s....Go! Totally Blows!!!

ReplyDeleteMy only regret is never having flown on the ERJ-170. The 2 airlines had to do what they had to do. Mokulele was probably bleeding some serious red ink. Go too but apparently not as bad as M.

We'll see how good HAL will be after all this..we'll see if they care about da locals...back up to $90+-fares is my bet!
