I wonder if this was in lieu of the normal Atlas Air/QANTAS flight?
The stairs have the USAF emblem which means it was parked at Hickam and is most likely an Atlas charter for the USAF.Flightaware shows an Atlas flight 8687 from Charleston AFB
I saw that 744F land on Rwy 26L yesterday from the south ramp. Had to look twice after it cleared the T-Hangars ...
