Air China's B-2612

Our March edition of "HNL RareBirds Classic" takes us back to July 2004, and the delivery flight of Air China's first 737-79L, B-2612 (c/n 33411, l/n 1538). It's seen above, parked on the Island Air ramp, when the airline did ground handling for some of the China-bound delivery flights. B-2612 continues to fly for Air China.

Also seen in the background, is a JALWays 747-246, exiting Runway 4R on Taxiway K.
