Mokulele Begins HNL-OGG Flights

Mokulele Airlines announced that they are launching non-stop Cessna C208B Grand Caravan service between HNL and OGG. They also have one-stop service, with a stop at MKK.

    There are alternate landing sites at MKK, JHM, and LNY if needed ... and the airline serves those three airports.

    Those alternates aren't very useful in the middle of the ocean when the engine goes bang.
