Crystal Luxury Air's 777-29MLR, P4-XTL (c/n 40955, l/n 952), is making a New Years charter flight  for its passengers to celebrate New Yearʻs Day in Sydney, Australia, and in Honolulu, HI. The 88-VIP seat 777, operated by Comlux Aruba [CS/CXB], departed SYD at 06:04L January 1st, and arrived at HNL at this evening at 18:31L as CXB772.

HAL446 Passengers Departs in 2018, Lands In 2017

Passengers and crew aboard Hawaiian Airlines flight HAL446 (AKL-HNL) will get to celebrate two New Year's! The A330-243, N399HA "Kūmau" (msn 1496), departed AKL at 00:05L, 01 January 2018; and landed this morning at 10:13L. The flight was to have departed AKL at 23:55L on the 31st, to arrive at HNL on the same day.

China Southern Airlines' B-1202

China Southern Airlines is taking delivery of B-1202 (c/n 62093, l/n 6686) today. This 737 MAX 8 is makings delivery flight from BFI as CSN202, and will overnight at HNL. B-1202 is the sixth 737 delivery for China Southern this month, and the 25th delivery for 2017.

This month also set a new record with 30 737 deliveries (14 MAX 8s and 16 -800s).

China Eastern Airlines' B-1385

China Eastern Airlines is taking delivery of B-1385 (c/n 61626, l/n 6726). This 737 MAX 8 is making its delivery flight from BFI as CES9001, and will overnight at HNL. B-1385 is China Eastern's fifth 737 delivery this month.

Suparna Airlines' B-1391

Suparna Airlines (formerly Yangtze River Airlines) is taking delivery of B-1391 (c/n 64845, l/n 6741) today. This 737-84P is making its delivery flight from BFI as B1391, and will overnight at HNL.

China Southern Airlines' B-1365

China Southern Airlines is taking delivery of B-1365 (c/n 43906, l/n 6743) today. This 737-81B is making its delivery flight from BFI as CSN1365, and will overnight at HNL.

Mokulele Awarded EAS Contract For Hāna

The US Department of Transportation (USDOT) awarded Mokulele Airlines with a two-year Essential Air Service contract for the airline to provide service between Hāna, Maui [HNM], and Kahului, Maui [OGG].

Hawaiian Airlines' N204HA

Hawaiian Airlines took delivery of its second A321-271N, N204HA (msn 7959) today. The A321neo made its flight from XFW [Finkenwerder Airport, Hamburg, Germany] to PAE [Paine Field, Everett, WA], via YYR [Goose Bay Airport, Labrador, Canada], for installation interior components and in-flight entertainment systems. It should make its way home to HNL is a few weeks.

Shanghai Airlines' B-1381

Shanghai Airlines is taking delivery of B-1381 (c/n 61624, l/n 6562) this evening. This 737 MAX 8 is  making its delivery flight from BFI as CSH9761, and will overnight at HNL.

A new 737 delivery record for HNL stopovers has been set today! Seven 737s, four -800s and three MAXs, are overnighting at HNL tonight! The previous records was five. Combined with private jets arriving for the Christmas and New Year's holidays, ramp space will be pretty tight.

China Southern Airlines' B-1200

China Southern Airlines' second 737 MAX 8 delivery this afternoon is B-1200 (c/n 63252, l/n 6666). This is their third MAX delivery this month, that is making its flight from BFI as CSN1200, and will overnight at HNL.

Dalian Airlines' B-1210

Dalian Airlines is taking delivery of B-1210 (c/n 60881, l/n 6737) this afternoon. This 737-89L is making tis delivery flight from BFI as CCD8998, and will overnight at HNL.

Hainan Airlines' B-1373

Hainan Airlines is taking delivery of B-1373 (c/n 64844, l/n 6739) today. This 737-84P is making its delivery flight from BFI as CHH1373, and will overnight at HNL. This is Hainan's third delivery this month, and 25th for the year, which is the most for any of the airlines delivering through Hawai‘i since we've begun tracking 737 delivery flights.

China Southern Airlines is taking delivery of two 737 MAX 8s this afternoon. B-1203 (c/n 63254, l/n 6731) is the first of the two making its delivery flight from BFI as CSN103, and will overnight at HNL.

China Eastern Airlines' B-1321

China Eastern Airlines is taking delivery of B-1321 (c/n 63766, l/n 6736) this afternoon. This 737-89P is making its delivery flight from BFI as CES9004, and will overnight at HNL. This is their third 737 delivery this month.

Fuzhou Airlines' B-1350

Fuzhou Airlines is taking delivery of B-1350 (c/n 64873, l/n 6742) today. This 737-84P is making its delivery flight from BFI as FZA1350, and will overnight at HNL.

N7868K

N7868K (c/n 29364, l/n 1823) is a 737-79P, that was formerly with China Eastern Airlines, is ferrying from KMG to PAE (via GUM and HNL). It is destined to join the Southwest Airlines fleet after being re-painted, and the cabin reconfiguration, under lease from AerCap.

It was previously registered as B-5097, and was delivered to China Eastern in December 2005, under lease from ILFC. In 2011, Blended Winglets were installed, and in mid-2012, the green Yunnan peacock feather was added to the livery. In 2014, it was acquired by AerCap, and the lease was transferred. B-5097 was painted into the current China Eastern livery in January 2017, and recently withdrawn from service.

N941UW

N941UW (c/n 27806, l/n 657), a 757-2B7 owned by Wells Fargo Bank Northwest, is ferrying from GYR to XSP for freighter conversion, and has made a fuel stop at HNL, before continuing onto GUM.

27806 was originally delivered to USAir in January 1995 as N628AU. It received the dark blue livery following the name change to US Airways. In December 2006, it had Blended Winglets installed, and re-registered as N941UW (f/n 941). Following the US Airways / American Airlines merger, it was transferred to the latterʻs fleet in December 2013, when it was painted in the American livery. It was withdrawn from service last month. 27806 will undergo freighter conversion at XSP, and will be leased to SF Airlines (China).
