Better customer service?

WestJet is usually ranked #2 or #3 for customer service for ALL business, (not just airlines), in Canada.

Its major competitor has often polled below Revenue Canada, (the equivilent of the IRS....).

The Careentee program draws attention to the fact that what WJ does for free costs extra at all the other airlines in Canada.

Airline is one of only two Canadian companies to receive the award

CALGARY, Feb. 17 2011 /PRNewswire/ - WestJet announced today it has been named a J.D. Power 2011 Customer Service Champion by the prestigious global marketing information services company, J.D. Power and Associates.
