Hawaiian Airlines at PHNG
I expected to see all sorts of military and acrobatic aircraft, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that Hawaiian Airlines brought a B717 for everyone to board.
This shot was (again sorry only had iPhone) as the 717 was departing at the end of the day Sunday.
2015 Kāne‘ohe Bay Air Show
This year, Kāne‘ohe Bay Marine Corps Station once again welcomes the Blue Angels in the 2015 Kāne‘ohe Bay Air Show this weekend. On display where various pieces of equipment from all branches of the military. Below are some of the highlights taken on Saturday.
The Marines opened up the show by demonstrating their ground assault, heavy lift and parachuting capabilities in the morning.

A little after scheduled start time, the Blue Angels displayed their precision flying the "Low Show".
After flying all the way from Guam and holding for the Blue Angels to complete their routine for 2 hours, a B-52 makes a high speed, low pass and vanished into the clouds only to return to Guam.
And lastly, a sneaky TMB Avenger flown by Brad Deckert came out to play as the show wrapped up in the early evening!

N232AG (c/n 24432, l/n 1879), a 737-476, is ferrying from DHN to BNE, via OAK, JRF, MAJ, and CNS. It's going to join the Toll Airwork fleet as ZK-TLJ, as indicated on the nose gear door.
24432 was originally delivered to Australian Airlines in June 1990 as VH-TJG. Three months later, it was leased to Malaysian Airlines as 9M-MLE for one year. In October 1993, it was transferred to the Qantas Airways fleet with the same registration, and named "Eagle". It was withdrawn from service in November 2012, and stored at VCV a month later. It was acquired by Aero Acquisitions in January 2014.

Allegiant Air is taking delivery of N326NV (msn 2586), and is making its way from HKG to GSO, via GUM, MAJ, HNL, and IWA. The A319-111 is being flown by Southern Cross Aviation as SXA1256.
2586 was originally delivered to Cebu Pacific Air [5J/CEB] in October 2005 as RP-C3190. Allegiant purchased this A319, and sent it to HKG for re-painting, and interior configuration.
San Diego State Team Charter
The San Diego State University Aztecs football team is chartering an Allegiant Air 757-204 to fly from SAN to HNL for their game tomorrow evening, against the University of Hawai‘i Rainbow Warriors. The inbound flight, AAY4402, N904NV (c/n 26967, l/n 522), will arrive late this afternoon; and the team will return to SAN after the game.

N976JM (c/n 29190, l/n 110), a 737-79K owned by Jet Midwest Group LLC, is ferrying from SZX [Bao‘an International Airport, Shenzhen, China] to the mainland, via GUM and HNL.
It was originally delivered to Shenzhen Airlines in September 1998 as B-2633. In mid-2006, it was painted in the current livery, and a promotional decal was added to the aft section on both sides, in the second half of 2009.

Hooters Air's N750WL
Our October edition of "HNL RareBirds Classic" features Hooters Air's [H1] 757-2G5, N750WL "The Elle Kate" (c/n 23928 l/n 146). It's seen above as it returned to OAK, on a proving flight before they began a short-lived service.
23928 was originally delivered to LTU Sud [LU/LTS] (Germany) in October 1987 as D-AMUV. In November 1996, it was transferred to parent LTU [LT/LTU] with the same registration. During this time with LTU, it was sold to and leased back from UniCapital Air Group in December 1999. Several months later, in August 2000, it was sold to GATX, and the lease with LTU transferred. In March 2002, it was leased to Pace Airlines [PCE] as N751PA. In November 2003, it was re-registered as N750WL, and operated on behalf of Hooters Air. Following the closure of both Hooters Air and Pace Airlines, it was sold to Macquarie AirFinance, and leased to Aladia (Mexico) as XA-DIA. It was returned to Macquarie in December 1998 as N928MQ, and placed into storage at VCV.
