Air Canada To Shift 737-8s To Air Canada Rouge

Air Canada announced in that they are transferring their entire 737-8 fleet to Air Canada Rouge, and that its main operating base will be at YVR. The change will take effect from the 1st quarter of 2026, and will last throughout the year. The 737-8 cabins will need to reconfigured and the fuselages repainted.

No word was given as to changes the 737-8 flights that Air Canada currently has from YVR to HNL, OGG, and KOA.
