CH-Aviation reports that Air Transport Services Group announced that they have sold Omni Air International to OAI Holdings. The terms of the sale of the Tulsa-based charter company were not disclosed.
Omni has had a long presence at HNL and HIK. The airline had long run as the charter airline for Vacation Hawaii's LAS flights. Omni also does charters for the US government, and college football team charters.
